Ohmees is a hospitality design studio focused on one thing: helping landowners and STR investors build cabin assets that generate strong, predictable returns.
We're not a traditional architecture firm. We don't start with aesthetics and work backwards. We start with your location, your numbers, and your guest. Then we design around those constraints creating something distinctive enough to command premium rates and efficient enough to protect your margins.
Why we exist
Most cabin builds follow the same pattern: hire an architect, pick a floor plan, hope the market responds. The result is a crowded field of similar-looking rentals competing on price.
We started Ohmees because we believed investors deserved a design partner that understood both sides of the equation the guest experience that drives bookings, and the financial discipline that makes a project worth building in the first place.
5 years in, that's still what we do. Every project begins with a market study. Every layout decision is weighed against operational efficiency and ADR potential. Beauty is non-negotiable, but it has to earn its cost.

Who we work with
