Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold on Ohmees are digital downloads, including feasibility plans and building plan packages. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been made and the files have been delivered.

No Returns on Digital Products

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is made immediately available upon payment. As such, you waive any right to a cooling-off period or cancellation once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, or if there is a material error in your order (e.g., wrong plan delivered), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
